On Av. Bucareli, near the Government Office, is the classic Vizcaya Building by engineer Roberto Servín, built between 1922-1924. Inside, one feels transported to another time, long gone. And to another city: Paris.

On the third floor, completely away from the noise of the street, in a historic silence, is the spacious apartment. It forms a square around its cube of light and has balconies facing the interior street of the complex, providing the exact light and perfect temperature.

The finishes are (except for the kitchen) fortunately the originals, very well preserved. That’s why it feels original.

Los acabados son (con excepción de la cocina) afortunadamente los originales, muy bien conservados. Por eso se siente original.

Al departamento se llega en elevador elegantísimo.
Tiene cochera privada con espacio para dos autos.
Tiene bodega de 21 m2 en planta baja, tras la cochera.

El edificio está, por ventura, muy bien y celosamente administrado por sus condóminos. Como la joya que es.
