Apartment buyers in Azcapotzalco have the widest range of options in the borough, concentrated in a few reliable pockets. Del Gas and Ampliación Del Gas, east of center along Circuito Interior, are some of the most accessible pockets in this batch, well below the borough's higher-value corners. Santa Bárbara, inside the historic core, adds a similarly priced option with more character around the old parish. Clavería, on the southeast edge, sits at the top of the range, trading some of that accessibility for its address and tree-lined streets.

What to consider before buying

Price inside Azcapotzalco moves mostly with address and tree cover rather than with distance from the center. Buyers on a tighter budget do well starting in Del Gas, while those chasing the borough's most established apartment blocks should compare Clavería directly against it. Circuito Interior and Calzada Vallejo put both ends of that range within a short drive of Metro Línea 6 and Línea 7 at El Rosario. Buyers willing to cross into a more central, higher-value address can also look at Miguel Hidalgo, just south of Clavería.
