Further south, near the Carretera Picacho-Ajusco, Héroes de Padierna offers a second, more affordable apartment option outside the core pedregal cluster, closer to the Bosque de Tlalpan. Whichever corridor you choose, closed developments here typically carry ongoing maintenance fees for gates and shared areas, so build that into the comparison alongside the unit price itself.
