Due to its parks, cafes, museums, restaurants, monuments, structures, and contemporary architectural projects, the life of the passerby allows for an urban journey that is experienced and dominated at any hour of the day. In a neighborhood that was structured in the early 20th century in the center of the capital, there are aspects that characterize it as the best area to live or stay in all of Mexico City.

Mauricio Rocha Iturbide, Mexican architect, born in Mexico City in 1965.
His architecture and artistic interventions obey a rational thought that integrates the environment and spatial sensitivity. From achieving a series of subtractions that generate space by absence, to the simple forms that propose complex experiences.

The project contemplates, on one hand, the intervention of a historic property in order to conserve, restore, and rehabilitate it with mixed use of commerce and housing, in addition to an expansion with residential vocation.

All this considering that all the spaces, both residential and service, have natural ventilation and lighting.

In total, there will be 5 levels with 13 exclusive apartments and 4 commercial spaces that will bring life to the mansion that was built in the early 20th century.

Por sus parques, cafés, museos, restaurantes, monumentos, estructuras y proyectos arquitectónicos contemporáneos, la vida del transeúnte permite el recorrido urbano que vive y domina a cualquier hora del día. En una colonia que se estructuró a principios del siglo XX en el centro de la capital, existen aspectos que la caracterizan como la mejor zona para vivir o hospedarse de toda la Ciudad de México.

Mauricio Rocha Iturbide, arquitecto mexicano, nacido en la Ciudad de México en 1965.
Su arquitectura y sus intervenciones artísticas obedecen a un pensamiento racional que integra el entorno y la sensibilidad espacial. Desde poder lograr una serie de sustracciones generadoras de espacio por ausencia, hasta las formas simples que proponen experiencias complejas.

La obra contempla, por un lado, la intervención de un inmueble histórico con el fin de conservarlo, restaurarlo y rehabilitarlo con uso mixto de comercio y habitación, además de una ampliación con vocación habitacional.

Todo esto contemplando que todos los locales, tanto habitacionales como de servicio, tengan ventilación e iluminación natural.

En total serán 5 niveles con 13 exclusivos departamentos y 4 locales comerciales que darán vida a la casona que fue construida a principios del siglo XX.
