Living in Escandón

What to consider before renting

For an actual house to rent, San Pedro de los Pinos is worth checking: it's more affordable than Escandón and has its own Metro Línea 7 station. Condesa doesn't solve this either, since houses for rent are just as scarce there. If an apartment works instead, Escandón has far more to choose from, and the blocks stay quieter than those right around Condesa's restaurant strip.
