Renting an apartment in Narvarte gives you the best of central living without the tourist pace of the neighborhoods just north. This is mostly an apartment neighborhood, so you'll find plenty to choose from, from mid-century buildings with character to newer units with modern finishes. You're a short ride from Roma, with Avenida Cuauhtémoc, Eje Central and Line 3 of the Metro close by, and the 24 de Agosto and Primero de Diciembre markets covering everyday shopping without leaving the colonia.

Narvarte Poniente and Narvarte Oriente rent at different levels despite a similar feel, so looking at both widens your options within one budget. Poniente sits closer to Roma and the dining streets; Oriente runs toward Eje Central and tends to be more affordable. For a broader search nearby, Del Valle has a similar residential character just to the west.
