Rents for apartments stay lowest around Industrial and the rest of the western corridor, and rise as you move toward Lindavista, the borough's most established address. Three Metro lines cross the borough within a few stops of each other: Línea 3 through Indios Verdes and Deportivo 18 de Marzo, Línea 5 past the Instituto del Petróleo, and Línea 6 near La Villa, with Metrobús Línea 1 also ending its route at Indios Verdes. For a similar transit-heavy, apartment-first corridor with lower rents, Azcapotzalco sits just across Vallejo.
