It is a model of hotel residences: your unit is titled in your name as real property, with all the operation and experience of an international brand hotel. The development will have a total of 19 residences, including 4 penthouses, a commercial plaza, and a rooftop restaurant-bar. The operation is managed by HiPick Hotel Management, approved as an operator by IHG, Hilton, and Marriott.

How does the model work?
