Rents climb fastest near the Santa Fe corridor and ease toward the pueblos, where El Yaqui sits right at the corporate border with friendlier pricing. For a similar gated, wooded Lomas feel, the Bosque de las Lomas side of Miguel Hidalgo, just northeast, is worth a look.
