The industrial park, due to its strategic location in the aerospace corridor, is established as a key enabler of industrial development in the Bajío, as well as one of the largest and best-infrastructured in the State of Querétaro, promoting advanced manufacturing, logistics, assembly, and high energy demand projects, attracting large companies such as Mirage, Pizza Hut, Aviation Partners Inc., Omec Motors, Airbus, Safran, and Siemens, to name a few.

One of the sectors with the greatest potential within the industrial park is aerospace, which currently houses companies dedicated to manufacturing, storage, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines.

The proximity to the Querétaro Intercontinental Airport, just 4.5 kilometers away, and the availability of infrastructure allow for reduced logistics times and improved operational efficiency for companies that set up in the Park.

It has an electrical substation with 30,000 kVA available and plans for a second substation to double that capacity by 2027 and 2028, so the park already hosts high energy demand industries, such as data centers and initiatives related to artificial intelligence.
