This urban center is considered as the concentration area of services that will consolidate the Municipality's role as a provider of commerce and regional services.
Usage Regulations
The installation of commercial and service uses of regional and medium coverage is allowed. Subdivisions of properties may be authorized when the resulting fractions have a minimum area of 300 m2 and a minimum frontage of 16 linear meters. Buildings may have a maximum height excluding water tanks of 15 meters and 5 levels. At least 30% of the lot's surface must remain unbuilt, with a maximum built area equivalent to 3.5 times the surface of the lot.

Este centro urbano se considera como la zona de concentración de
servicios que permitirán consolidar la función del Municipio como
prestador de comercio y servicios de carácter regional.
Normas de Uso
Se permite la instalación de usos comerciales y de servicios de cobertura
regional y media. Se podrán autorizar subdivisiones de predios cuando las
fracciones resultantes tengan como mínimo 300 m2 de superficie y un
frente mínimo de 16 metros lineales. Las edificaciones podrán tener una
altura máxima sin incluir tinacos de 15 metros y 5 niveles. Deberá dejarse
como mínimo el 30% de la superficie del lote sin construir y una máxima
construida equivalente a 3.5 veces la superficie del lote.
