Conditions for Temporary Rent in Mérida and Yucatán Beaches:
1. An INE of the responsible person is required as an agreement is made for the protection of both parties at no additional cost.
2. Dates are blocked with 20% of the total rent amount.
3. Payments are made at the offices, if they are transfers or deposits to the owner's accounts.
4. No parties or loudspeakers are allowed as it affects the neighbors in the area who are resting.
5. The published prices are for low season, which is most of the year; the high season includes July, August, Holy Week, Easter, from December 17 to January 6.
6. Electricity according to consumption; a photo of the meter is taken at check-in and check-out, and the difference is the kWh consumed. The price per kWh is $5.0.
7. In case of not being able to make it on the reserved dates, the dates can be modified respecting the seasonal prices, whether low or high, subject to availability of the property where the reservation was made.
8. Condiciones de Renta Temporal en Mérida y Playas de Yucatán
1. Se requiere INE de persona responsable ya que se realiza convenio para protección de ambas partes sin costo adicional.
2. Se bloquean fechas con el 20% del monto total de la renta
3. Los pagos se efectúan en oficinas, si son transferencia o depósitos a las cuentas del propietario.
4. No se permiten fiestas, ni bocinas con volumen alto ya que afecta a los vecinos de la zona que están en descanso.
5. Los precios publicados son temporada baja que es la mayoría del año, la temporada alta abarca Julio, Agosto, Semana Santa, Pascua, 17 de dic al 6 de Enero.
6. Luz de acuerdo a consumo, se toma foto del medidor en la entrada y en la salida y la diferencia son los kw consumidos. Precio del Kw está en $5.0
7. En caso de no poder en las fechas reservadas, pueden modificarse las fechas respetando los precios de temporadas ya sea baja o alta, previa disponibilidad de la propiedad donde realizó la reserva.
8. Debe respetarse el número de personas incluyendo niños y personal de servicio para la que está destinada la propiedad.
