Description: The project recycles an old union warehouse to
convert it into small homes of 56 m2 that feature double height.
The intervention in the building occurs in the courtyard created by cutting the
slabs of the original building. Through the courtyard, access to the homes is
provided at different levels via bridges and stairs. The courtyard is the place

Descripción: El proyecto recicla un antiguo almacén sindical para
convertirlo en pequeñas viviendas de 56 m2 que cuentan con doble altura.
La intervención en el edificio se da en el patio que se logra al cortar las
losas del edificio original. A través del patio se accede a las viviendas en
diferentes niveles a través de puentes y escaleras. El patio es el lugar en
donde se lee la dimensión del edificio original y se genera un lugar
comunitario.
