The apartment is 205 m2 and is located within a complex of 37 units distributed around a large central courtyard with a fountain. Maximum utilization of each area and warm light was achieved through fixtures specially designed for the place, creating flexible environments that respond to the different ages and dynamics within the family; for this, it was essential to have indirect lighting without resorting to drywall boxes that would increase the height, so fixtures were designed to emphasize them as an integral part of the project.
In addition to having a detailed interior design in every corner of the apartment, as part of the philosophy of the interior design office, around 80% of the materials, furniture, and accessories used come from Mexican companies, with the aim of reducing CO2 and supporting the local economy, showing that the labor in our country is still an accessible privilege. Handmade terrazzo, specialized carpentry, and custom-made Mexican fixtures are some of the elements that make the project unique.El departamento de 205 m2 y se encuentra dentro de un complejo de 37 unidades distribuidas alrededor de un amplio patio central con fuente. Se logró un aprovechamiento máximo cada área y luz cálida por medio de luminarias dieñadas especialemnte para el lugar, logrando ambientes flexible que respondieran a las distintas edades y dinámicas dentro de la familia; para ello era imprescindible contar con iluminación indirecta sin recurrir a cajillos de tablarroca que ampliara la altura, por lo que se diseñaron luminarias a media enfatizandolas como parte integral del proyecto.
Además de contar con un diseño de interiores detallado en cada rincón del departamento, como parte de la filosofía del despacho de interiorismo, alrededor del 80% de los materiales, mobiliario y accesorios utilizados, provienen de empresas mexicanas, con el objetivo de reducir el Co2 y de apoyar la economía local, mostrando que la mano de obra en nuestro país es, todavía, un privilegio accesible.
