The architectural design seeks to take advantage of the orientation of the land, generate cross ventilation, and maintain visual connection between the main volumes and the garden. El diseño arquitectónico busca aprovechar la orientación del terreno, generar ventilación cruzada y mantener la conexión visual entre los volúmenes principales y el jardín. La construcción utiliza materiales como granito negro, madera tropical, piedra natural y herrería metálica integrada al diseño estructural.
