THE BEACH: It's at a 10 minutes walk distance from the house and it is partially restricted to the public. It's a sandy beach part of the year and there are some waves to surf.

HEALTH CARE: The nearest hospital, ambulance service and pharmacies are just 13 miles north of this property where you can also find ATMs, groceries stores and restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be asked for a Passport, tourist visa and an authorization for a back rent checkup.
