Buying in Benito Juárez

For buyers, Benito Juárez trades a central, well-connected address for genuine variety in what you can find. Del Valle and Narvarte, in the middle of the borough, are where houses still trade alongside apartments, drawing families who want a yard without leaving the city center. Moving west along the Insurgentes and Río Mixcoac corridor, Nápoles sells mostly established apartment buildings near the WTC, while south, on the border with Coyoacán, Xoco has become the borough's newest, most premium address around the Mítikah tower. To the south, Portales remains the more accessible entry point for buyers priced out of the center.

What to consider before buying

Buyers set on the Roma or the Condesa scene in Cuauhtémoc to the north should expect to pay more for that address than for a comparable home in Benito Juárez. Inside the borough, Xoco and Nápoles command the highest prices thanks to newer construction and office proximity, Del Valle sits in the middle as the classic choice, and Portales along with parts of Narvarte offer the most accessible entry. Buyers who specifically want a house with a yard rather than a unit in a tower should focus their search on Del Valle and Narvarte from the start.
