Prices in Álvaro Obregón swing more than almost anywhere else in the city: Jardines del Pedregal and the streets around San Ángel sit at the very top, the Santa Fe towers hold a premium of their own, and the corridor near Los Alpes is the most attainable entry point. Buyers who want the Santa Fe office district without crossing into Álvaro Obregón's hillside terrain can continue west into Cuajimalpa de Morelos, where the corporate corridor continues alongside wooded pueblos.
