Coyoacán's Metro Line 3 (Coyoacán, Viveros/Derechos Humanos, Miguel Ángel de Quevedo, Universidad) and Line 2, with General Anaya and the terminal at Tasqueña, make most of the borough easy to reach without a car, which matters for resale value as much as daily commuting. Buyers set on a colonial house with a real garden should look first at Barrio Santa Catarina and Romero de Terreros before comparing northwest to Álvaro Obregón, which holds a similar colonial casco around San Ángel.
