Buying in Cuauhtémoc

Cuauhtémoc's homes for sale span a wide price range within a few kilometers. Roma and Condesa sit at the premium end, prized for their Art Nouveau buildings and camellón-lined streets in the center-west, while Juárez and the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood along Reforma draw buyers wanting proximity to the corporate corridor. On the more accessible side, Centro and San Rafael put buyers into pre-war buildings near the Historic Center and the Alameda for less. That spread lets buyers pick a price tier without leaving the borough.

What to consider before buying

Reforma and Insurgentes are the borough's spine for both transit and new construction, so buildings going up for sale tend to cluster along them. Buyers wanting more space for the same budget often look west to Miguel Hidalgo borough, where Polanco and the Lomas corridor trade a higher price for larger units, with Lomas known for its houses on bigger lots. Inside Cuauhtémoc, Tabacalera remains one of the more affordable entry points still on the Reforma line.
