Apartment sales concentrate in the same corridor as rentals: Juriquilla and Residencial el Refugio carry the widest range of finished buildings, while Juriquilla Santa Fe leans newer, close to the corporate parks, and El Campanario, built around its own golf course, tops the price range for apartments here. Milenio III also carries a wide range of apartments along the avenue itself. Centro Sur adds another concentration of newer towers built around the corporate corridor and the Centro de Congresos, priced below the golf-course towers, in a more corporate setting than the colonial downtown.

What to consider before buying

Buying pre-construction calls for its own checklist: confirm the developer's track record, the delivery date in writing, and how payments are staged before the deed transfers. For finished buildings, ask about the reserve fund and how the maintenance fee has moved over the last few years, since amenity-heavy towers in El Campanario run above the older buildings closer to Centro. Confirm whether a parking space comes with the unit or sells separately.
