Buying in Lomas de Vista Hermosa

The apartment towers of Lomas de Vista Hermosa are among the newest in Cuajimalpa, stacked along the barranca and facing the Club de Golf Bosques, and their prices show it: they sell above apartments in Bosques de las Lomas, the longer-established neighbor. New construction dominates: vertical developments delivered within the last few years or still in pre-sale, aimed at buyers who want to be first through the door, with a green view and the office corridor of Santa Fe Cuajimalpa a short drive down Avenida Loma de la Palma.

What to consider before buying

In pre-sale, the questions that matter are concrete: delivery date, whether parking spaces and the storage unit (bodega) are inside the listed price, and what the tower's common areas will actually include at handover. Compare price per square meter between towers rather than across the colonia as a whole, because building age and barranca frontage move the numbers. If the figures stretch too far, Lomas del Chamizal nearby has comparable recent towers that generally close lower.
