We offer this wonderful villa for rent, Casa Alma, located in the exclusive gated community of Playacar Fase 1, 200 yards from the beach and a 5-minute walk from "La Quinta" (5th Avenue).
We can accommodate 10-12 people in 5 bedrooms, all with luxurious ensuite bathrooms. Come relax and be pampered!
Minimalist architectural style and the decor is simple and calming; no fuss. However, the villa is set up in a different way; with indoor and outdoor spaces to provide alternative places to relax while sunbathing on the solarium, reading a book on one of the terraces, watching a movie, or gathering around the central kitchen table to play and eat! Bottled water is provided, along with a welcome meal and drinks package so you can start your stay worry-free.

Personal service and pampering!
Our housekeeper, Sara, has been with us for more than 11 years and is part of the family and completely trusted. Sara provides housekeeping service, 6 days / week during your relaxing, worry-free stay. Sara ensures that the supply of towels, paper products, drinking water, etc., are all available. And Carlos provides our pool cleaning service.
During your stay, you will have access to your host via text and we will be available to come and deal with anything that comes up. We provide snacks and drinks for your arrival, but, if you wish (at net cost), we can provide your groceries to order for your arrival. Chef services are also available upon request.

Accommodation:
Spacious family room on the ground floor with super fully equipped modern kitchen, bar, dining room and living room with TV. Separate TV lounge on the first floor. Outdoor terraces on the first, second and solarium levels.
5 Bedrooms: for up to 12 people (a mix of adults / children). If needed, an extra person can use the same-size single daybed in the first TV room, and an inflatable bed is also available.

Luxury mattresses and bedding, built-in closets, clean high-ceiling spaces, all in a beautiful neutral color scheme to complement the ultra-modern design. Marble floors adorn the interiors throughout, and protection is provided by hurricane-resistant windows and all-concrete construction.

You will run out of time here before you run out of things to do - if that's your inclination. But you can also simply 'be', rest, relax and enjoy the villa's quiet spaces or the beach, so close to the villa. For active people, the surroundings of Playa offer a multitude of attractions, activities and plenty of water sports! Don't miss our family's favorites: Xel-Ha, Xcaret and Xplor! A day at any of these nearby water parks includes multiple activities, plus great dining at excellent-quality restaurants for outstanding vacation memories.

You can fish (early or late in the day) right off our local beach or, for greater opportunities, local fishermen will pick you up on the beach near the villa, take you into the deep blue and bring you back with your next meal!
