- Regular Season $2,500 USD per night, minimum stay 3 nights

RESERVATION POLICIES
• Book 50% in advance of the total rent.
• The remaining 50% 30 days before the check-in date.
• If you cancel 30 days in advance, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If canceled 15 days before the check-in date, 75% of the payment will be refunded.
• If canceled 7 days before the check-in date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
• If canceled within 7 days of the check-in date, there is no refund.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

- Puentes $ 2,750 USD por noche, estancia mínima 3 noches (puentes de 29 de Enero al 2 de Febrero, 12 al 15 de Marzo, 30 de Abril al 5 de Mayo, 14 al 20 de Septiembre, 30 de Octubre al 3 de Noviembre, 13 al 17 de Noviembre)
- Temporada Regular $ 2,500 USD por noche, estancia mínima 3 noches

POLÍTICAS RESERVA
• Reservar con el 50% de anticipo del total de la renta.
• El 50% restante 30 días antes de la fecha de entrada.
• En caso de cancelar con 30 días de anticipación se reembolsa el 100% del depósito.
• Si se cancela con 15 días antes de la fecha de entrada se reembolsa el 75% del pago.
• Si se cancela 7 días antes de la fecha de entrada se reembolsa el 50% del pago.
• Si se cancela dentro de los 7 días a la fecha de entrada no hay reembolso.

SERVICIOS ADICIONALES
