CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

We carry out the foundation. In case of having a flat land, a foundation slab will be used. If the land is uneven, a piling system will be used. It is required to have water, electricity, and drainage ready for connection at the foot of the land. If basic services are not available, an evaluation will be made, and the extra cost that this may imply will be quoted.

The installation cost is already included.
Shipping costs to be quoted depending on the location of the land.

Delivery time of 30 to 120 days depending on the chosen Nest House model. In case of more than one model, delivery times will be reassessed.

PAYMENTS

Payments will be made according to the progress of the work:
50% To start the manufacturing process
20% After raising the structure
20% Finishing gray work. At the beginning of the finishes

PROCESO CONSTRUCTIVO

Nosotros realizamos la cimentación. En caso de tener un terreno plano se usará la loza de cimentación. De ser terreno accidentado se usará un sistema de pilotaje. Se requiere tener al pie del terreno agua, luz, drenaje listo para su conexión. En caso de no contar con los servicios básicos se hará su evaluación y se cotizará el costo extra que este pueda implicar.

El costo de la instalación ya esta incluido
Gastos de envío por cotizar dependiendo de la localización del terreno.

Tiempo de entrega de 30 a 120 días dependiendo el modelo Nest House elegido. En caso de ser más de un modelo se revaluará los tiempos de entrega.

PAGOS

Se realizarán conforme el avance de obra:
50% Para iniciar el proceso de fabricación
20% Después de levantar la estructura
20% Terminando obra gris. Al inicio de los acabados
10% Antes de instalar carpinterías y ventanería.
