LOCATION AND ACCESS.
The property is located in the municipality of Mapimí, Dgo. It is accessed via the Torreón – Jiménez highway entering the town of Ceballos and taking the old road to Carrizo. After traveling for 36 km, a dirt road is taken on the left side, covering 5.5 km of dirt road to reach the entrance of the ranch.
Another access route is traveling from Parral to Durango via the free road (highway 45), reaching the junction of Carrizal, taking this road towards Bermejillo passing through Villa Hidalgo Dgo. Travel 75 km on this road until reaching the point where the dirt road is taken to enter the property.
It is near the Benjamín Ortega dam, also known as Agua Puerca.

El predio se encuentra en el municipio de Mapimí, Dgo. Se ingresa por la autopista Torreón – Jiménez ingresando al poblado de Ceballos y tomando la antigua carretera al Carrizo, luego de circular durante 36 km se toma un camino de terracería al margen izquierdo recorriendo 5.5 km de
terracería y llegar a la entrada del rancho.
Otra ruta de acceso es circulando de Parral A Durango por la vía libre (carretera 45) llegando al entronque del Carrizal se toma este camino rumbo a Bermejillo pasando por Villa Hidalgo Dgo. Se transitan 75 km por esta carretera hasta llegar al punto en que se toma el camino de terracería
para entrar a la propiedad.
Esta en las cercanías de la presa Benjamín Ortega o también conocida como Agua Puerca
