The development will have a central park of 5,000m2, completely reforested with more than 900 plants native to the Yucatan coast and a 200-linear-meter walkway.
Likewise, the park will include a palapa bar, pool, barbecue area, sunbathing areas, gym, public restrooms and lookout, as well as a sand sports court, children's pool, palapa with board games, sandbox and play structure.

Lookout area
The lookout is a solid structure that can be seen from the highway, which we hope will become a landmark in the area in the medium term.
The men's and women's restrooms are on the ground floor, the gym area is on the first level, and it is topped by a terrace on the second level with lattice walls that let light pass through at night, evoking a lighthouse.

The design and conceptualization of the project is in the hands of the firm P11 Arquitectura (Arq. Arturo Carrillo Ponce), with more than 18 years of experience in the field and around 50 completed projects.
The project is being implemented by P11 Inmobiliaria, which has successfully developed 5 residential projects since 2011.

The most representative materials used in the project were chosen with the main goal of reducing maintenance costs as much as possible, while promoting sustainability and the identity of Yucatecan architecture.
Natural finishes will be used, such as local stone, coatings made with a mixture of concrete and chukum water (a tree native to the region), guano and bajareque for the roofing of the social areas and the boundaries of the residences.

Diez.Cinco is a project designed for young Mexicans, no older than 55, with monthly salaries above $40,000 pesos, preferably couples where both partners work, who are looking for a vacation option for themselves and their families.
They are looking for an affordable property that they can easily rent out to cover maintenance costs or, if needed, pay the mortgage; likewise, one that can be easily sold if necessary.
For this segment, being by the sea is very important, but they do not have the financial means to access this segment.
