To guarantee the reservation, a 70% advance payment of the total rental amount will be required, which will confirm the reservation of the selected dates.

The remaining 30% must be paid one day before check-in to the Villa.

At check-in, a simple lease contract will be signed, where the terms and conditions of the stay will be established, as well as the delivery of the internal regulations of the Villa.

CONDICIONES DE RENTA:

Para garantizar la reservación, se solicitará un anticipo del 70% del monto total de la renta, mismo que confirmará el apartado de las fechas seleccionadas.

El 30% restante deberá liquidarse un día antes del ingreso a la Villa.

Al momento del check-in, se llevará a cabo la firma de un contrato simple de arrendamiento, donde se establecerán los términos y condiciones de la estancia, así como, la entrega del reglamento interno de la Villa.
