Villa Peregrina is a Hacienda-style house built on a 15,000 m2 plot with 50 linear meters facing the sea of the Costa Esmeralda in Uaymitún, Yuc.

In front, we have the Main House with a reception area, living room, and dining room with very spacious areas, a guest bathroom, and the kitchen, all with a view of the sea and the social area that has 2 large corridors each 20 and 22 meters long by 4.5 meters wide, a pool of 8 x 10 meters that includes a children's pool, a bathroom, and a shower near the pool. The social area has a beautiful garden and sandbox and pool, very close to the sea we have a fire pit area that will lead you to share incredible moments.
All the rooms in the main house have a bathroom, closet, hammock hooks, fan, air conditioning, and a beautiful view of the pool area and the sea.
On the right side of the house, there are 4 rooms, 2 downstairs and 2 on the second floor, each with a bathroom, 3 single beds, hammock hooks, closet, fan, and air conditioning.

Room 2: 2 double beds
Room 3: 2 double beds
Room 4: 2 double beds
Room 5: 2 king beds
Rooms 6, 7, 8, and 9: 3 single beds each room.
It has a service room with a bathroom, a single bed, hammock hooks, and a fan, it also has a laundry area with a washing machine and sink.
The water is from a well and has a pressurized hydropneumatic system.

Electricity is paid separately according to consumption.
A deposit of $10,000 is required per week and $20,000 per month.
A good faith rental contract is signed upon entry.

Cuenta con área de cocales y estacionamiento muy amplio, bajo techo podemos estacionar 4 vehículos.
De frente tenemos la Casa Principal con recibidor, sala y comedor con espacios muy amplios , baño de visitas y la cocina, todo con vista al mar y al área social que tiene 2 amplios corredores cada uno de 20 y 22 mts de largo por 4.5 mts de ancho, una alberca de 8 x 10 mts que incluye un chapoteadero, un baño y regadera cerca de la alberca. El área social cuenta con un hermoso jardín y arenero y alberca , muy cerca del mar tenemos un área de fogata que te llevará a compartir increíbles momentos .
Todas las habitaciones de la casa principal cuentan con baño , closet, hamaqueros, ventilador , aire acondicionado y una hermosa vista al área de la alberca y el mar.
Al costado derecho de la casa tiene 4 habitaciones, 2 abajo y 2 en el segundo piso cada una con baño, 3 camas individuales, hamaqueros, closet, ventilador y aire acondicionado.
