It has three levels, the main one in the middle has access via a staircase, it has a foyer, guest bathroom, the living room is sunken with an integrated wooden furniture, it has a fireplace and is separated from the dining room which has access to the garden with an integrated stone grill, the kitchen is closed with double access to the dining room and the breakfast nook with a walk-in pantry, an island in the middle with a breakfast bar and the stove, it gives access to the service room and the laundry area, the lower level which has access to the parking lots, has an event hall with a full bathroom and a storage room. Access to the upper level is via a wooden staircase and a vaulted ceiling. The upper floor has a solarium with wooden beams and glass. It has a family room, study, and three bedrooms with walk-in closets and full bathrooms, the main one has a quarry stone frame at the entrance, an integrated wooden furniture with space for a television and a balcony with a view of the golf course. El acceso al nivel superior es por una escalera de madera y una bóveda en el techo. El piso superior tiene un solario de vigas de madera y cristal. Cuenta con family room, estudio y tres recámaras con walk in closet y baño completo, la principal tiene a la entrada marco de cantera, un mueble de madera integrado con espacio para televisión y un balcón con vista al campo de golf.
