The property has an existing building that was originally the main house of the Romano Timber Company estate, but has been remodeled and converted into the Museum and Training Center for the Conservation of Fauna and Flora, with a specific area for hunting and wood, which is historically important for the region. In this same area, the property has more than 1,500 fruit trees typical of the region.

In this area, water sports and fishing can be practiced, as well as hiking and rappelling. On the other side of the river is the Sierra Madre del Sur, and on the river, one can navigate the rapids of San José, San Joseito, and El Raudal until reaching the Maya cities of Bonampak and Yaxchilán.

La propiedad cuenta con una construcción existente que en su origen era el casco de la hacienda de la Compañía Maderera Romano, pero que fue remodelada y convertida en el Museo y Centro de Capacitación para la Conservación de la Fauna y la Flora, contando con un área específica para las monterías y la madera, cuya importancia es histórica para la región. En esta misma zona, la propiedad cuenta con más de 1,500 árboles frutales típicos de la región.
