This majestic Villa is located in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere, the main ecological reserve in the Riviera Maya. Only single-family homes are allowed every 100 meters of beach front.

Located just 7 kilometers inside the Sian Ka'an Reserve, the Villa is easily accessible while being extremely secluded and private. The house is very well integrated into the environment, easy to go unnoticed, and protected by a deep dune and well-cultivated flora and fauna.

The romanticism, magic and nature of the house, the vegetation that surrounds it and the attention to detail in all areas, contribute to making this property a true treasure. The large deck, the spectacular view, the rooftop pool, the endless beach, the multiple relaxation areas inside the house, all contribute to making this villa a true oasis. The large palapa of the living room overlooking the blue sea, you could say that is the heart of the house. You can experience spectacular sunrises from the large deck in front of the house and majestic sunsets from the pier that overlooks the lagoon and from the roof terrace.

The Villa was built on a lot of 5,238 square meters and has 369 square meters of construction, was designed by the architect Jokin Donnay and Kince Architecture and the interior design by Susana Jaimeson of Bridget, Beari Designs in collaboration with the owners. Great consideration was given to integrating the design with the surroundings with extreme attention to detail. Additionally, the villa has a state-of-the-art “off-grid” energy system and draws nearly all of its energy from wind and sun.

The main villa with three bedrooms was completed in 2011. A small house adjacent to the Villa, a chef's kitchen, a staff department and two additional rooms were added in 2014.

Las construcciones en ésta área son autosustentables y amigables con el ambiente. Se encuentra a escasos minutos de Tulúm y cuenta con acceso a playas vírgenes de arena blanca y agua azul turquesa por un lado, y por el otro a la laguna.

Frente a la costa de Sian Ka’an se encuentra la segunda barrera de arrecifes más grande del mundo y en sus alrededores es posible disfrutar de cenotes de agua cristalina. Usted tendrá acceso a la tranquilidad que ofrece el hecho de estar inmerso en la naturaleza.

Ubicada sólo 7 kilómetros dentro de la Reserva de Sian ka’an, la Villa es fácilmente accesible a la vez que es extremadamente aislada y privada. La casa está muy bien integrada al medio ambiente, fácil de pasar desapercibida, y protegida por una duna profunda y una flora y fauna bien cultivada.

El romanticismo, magia y naturaleza de la casa, la vegetación que la rodea y la atención a los detalles en todas las áreas, contribuyen a hacer de esta propiedad un verdadero tesoro. El extenso deck, la vista espectacular, la alberca en la azotea, la interminable playa, las múltiples áreas de relajación dentro de la casa, todo contribuye a hacer de esta villa un verdadero oasis. La gran palapa de la sala con vista al mar azul, se podría decir que es el corazón de la casa. Uno puede experimentar espectaculares amaneceres desde el amplio deck del frente de la casa y majestuosos atardeceres desde el muelle que mira a la laguna y desde el asoleadero de la azotea.

Su integrada arquitectura y buen gusto de su diseño interior, la convierte en una propiedad única a ofrecerse en Sian ka’an y de hecho en la Riviera Maya. La casa y sus alrededores fueron diseñados para maximizar el disfrute y la experiencia de estar en una Reserva de la Biósfera y al mismo tiempo proveer lo último del lujo y comodidad en un paraíso tropical privado de frente de playa.

La Villa fue construida sobre un lote de 5,238 metros cuadrados y cuenta con 369 metros cuadrados de construcción, fue diseñada por el arquitecto Jokin Donnay y Kince Arquitectura y el diseño de interior por Susana Jaimeson de Bridget,Beari Diseños en colaboración con los propietarios. Se dio gran consideración a integrar el diseño con los alrededores con extrema atención a los detalles. Adicionalmente, la villa tiene un sistema de energía "fuera de la red" de última generación y extrae casi toda su energía del viento y el sol.

La Villa principal con tres habitaciones fue terminada en el 2011. Una casita adyacente a la Villa, una cocina de chef, un departamento de staff y dos habitaciones adicionales fueron adicionadas en 2014.

Considerada la villa un trabajo de arte, hay muchos aspectos de la casa y su ubicación que seguramente no estamos mencionando.
