The Common Areas are located on the ground floor of Towers A and F. Under Tower A: Access lobby to the corridor that distributes to the right side to the wading pool area, swimming pool, loungers, jacuzzi, and access to the pool terrace towards the garden. On the left side is the changing room area, sauna, showers, and lockers for men and women, massage room. At the end of the corridor is the gym and waiting room. Under Tower F: Access lobby that distributes to the left side to the waiting room that leads, at the end, to the event hall for 190 people and its kitchen with access also from the parking lot, to the right side to the game room for adults and in front of it, the restrooms for men and women. On the right side are the administration offices, the business center, meeting room, audiovisual room for 40 people; at the back is the party room and kids club, in front of it a terrace.Las Áreas Comunes, se localizan en la planta baja de la torre A y F. pasillo que distribuye al lado derecho a la zona de chapoteadero, alberca, camastros, jacuzzi y acceso a

terraza de alberca hacia el jardín. A mano izquierda la zona de vestidores, sauna, regaderas y lockers de

hombres y mujeres, sala de masaje. Al fondo del pasillo se localiza el gimnasio y sala de espera. Bajo la Torre

F: Vestíbulo de acceso que distribuye al lado izquierdo a sala de espera que lleva, al fondo, hacia el salón de

eventos para 190 personas y su cocina con acceso también desde el estacionamiento, al lado derecho al

salón de juegos para adultos y frente a éste, los sanitarios de hombres y mujeres. Al lado derecho de se

encuentran las oficinas de administración, el business center, sala de juntas, sala audiovisual para 40

personas; Al fondo se localiza el salón de fiestas y kids club , frente a éste una terraza.
