Architecture Studio | Zozaya Architects
The project was designed by Zozaya Architects (ZAR), a studio founded in Zihuatanejo in 1986 by architect Enrique Zozaya. With more than three decades of experience on the Mexican Pacific coast, ZAR is a multigenerational studio specialized in residential and hotel projects deeply linked to their environment.

Currently led by Daniel Zozaya, the studio combines local wisdom and contemporary clarity, creating spaces that honor the landscape, materials, craftsmanship, and climate of the region. For ZAR, architecture should feel inevitable, as if it has always belonged to the place where it is located.
