Con fundamento en los Artículos 157,158,160, de la ley Agraria ; 112, y 113 del reglamento de la ley en materia de ordenamiento de la propiedad rural, mismo que el propietario tiene posesión y explotación.

De manera que cada parcela de terreno se puede construir y adecuar de acuerdo a como convenga a cada uno de los nuevos propietarios.
