Crystal Lagoon is a multinational company with patented technology to create and maintain large artificial lagoons with crystal-clear turquoise water and sandy beaches. With its technology, they monitor the pools via internet telemetry, and with its pulse disinfection technology, they use up to 100 times fewer chemicals than a traditional pool. This will be the heart of the project, and around the entire Crystal Lagoon, with a surface area of 4,000m2 (water only), we will have a beach with real sand.

-A 26-meter-high lighthouse that will be a lookout for viewing Yucatecan sunsets.

Choose your lot and reserve it with $10,000 pesos. Reserved for 7 days and refundable if you cancel the purchase.

Standard payment plan:
20% down payment
60% divided into 60 monthly payments
A final payment of 20%

Custom payment plan:
You choose how much you want to pay monthly. And with additional payments annually or semiannually.
Example: You decide to buy a lot priced at $967,500 pesos. Your 20% down payment is $193,500. You decide you want to pay $4,500 per month. You would pay $4,500 per month for 60 months, with additional annual payments (each December) of $62,100. *This is an example of a quote prepared in September 2026 for lot 667 of 213.51m2. Just an example, because the price will increase over time and as the number of lots sold increases.
