Requirements for renting premises

Premises of 32 m2:
• Measures: 4 x 8 meters (32 m2)
• They are delivered in black work (without bathroom furniture)

Local 17 available
• Cost of rent: $8,900.00 plus 12% of maintenance and 250 of monthly water.

• Mandatory one-year rental period
• Rent at the beginning of the month and two months' deposit, as well as the first maintenance fee.
• Charge for expenses from the Private Lease Agreement ($5,050 per premises) ratified by the notary.

For the client who requests two or more premises, consider the expenses according to the notary budget.

Requirements:
• A Guarantee with property is requested
• Promissory notes are signed, as part of the contract
• 12% of the cost of rent is paid as a monthly maintenance fee.

• Plazo de renta de un año forzoso
• Renta de inicio del mes y dos meses de depósito, así como la primera cuota de mantenimiento.
• Cobro por gastos del Contrato Privado de arrendamiento ($5,050 por local) ratificado ante el notario.

Para el caso del cliente que solicite dos o más locales, considerar los gastos de acuerdo al presupuesto notarial.

Requisitos:
• Se solicita un Aval con propiedad
• Se firman pagarés, a parte del contrato
• Se paga el 12% del costo de la renta como cuota de mantenimiento mensual.
