Requirements for renting premises
Premises of 32 m2:
• Dimensions: 4 x 8 mts (32 m2)
• Delivered in raw condition (without bathroom furniture)

• Rent cost: $12,000.00 (plus VAT) per premises.

• Mandatory rental term of one year
• The first month’s rent and two months’ deposit are paid upfront,
as well as the first maintenance fee.
• The expenses of the Private Lease Contract are paid. ($5,500 per premises), if certification is required for the procedures it costs $500

Requirements:
• A guarantor with property is required
• Promissory notes are signed, in addition to the contract
• The maintenance fee is included in the rent

• Medidas: 4 x 8 mts (32 m2)
• Se entregan en obra negra ( sin muebles de baño)

• Costo de renta: $12,000.00 (más IVA) por local.

• Plazo de renta de un año forzoso
• Se paga de inicio el mes de renta y dos meses
• de depósito, así como la primera cuota de mantenimiento.
• Se pagan los gastos del Contrato Privado de arrendamiento. ($5,500 por local), si requiere certificación para los trámites son $500

Requisitos:
• Se solicita un Aval con propiedad
• Se firman pagarés, a parte del contrato
• Se incluye en la renta la cuota de mantenimiento
