Rental price $285 per m2 + $32.00 per m2 maintenance + VAT

The terms of the contract are as follows:

*Contract for a minimum of two years and up

*1 month of advance rent

*2 month deposit as a guarantee

*We grant up to 30 days of grace for the adaptation of the premises (by the tenant)

*The room is delivered with service points such as: water, electricity and drainage

(The wiring for electricity is carried out by the tenant, from the square's substation to their premises)

Las condiciones de contrato son las siguientes:

*Contrato por un mínimo de dos años en adelante

*1 mes de renta anticipada

*2 meses de depósito como garantía

*Otorgamos hasta 30 días de gracia para la adecuación del local (por parte del locatario)

*El local se entrega con puntas de servicio como son: agua, luz y drenaje

(El cableado para luz es a cargo del inquilino, desde la subestación de la plaza hasta su local)
