Upon entering the house, you find a living room, dining room, integral kitchen with breakfast bar, and a half bathroom. Going up the stairs, there is a hallway that leads to the 3 bedrooms, two of which have closets, and a full bathroom at the end of the hallway. On the third level, there is an additional area that leads to the terrace where there is a covered storage room and a solar heater. The house has a cistern.

There is no parking available, but there is a place in a paid parking lot that is paid monthly, and after approximately 8 months of completing tasks and monthly meetings, a fixed parking space is assigned. The first Saturday of each month, tasks and a meeting are held after cleaning the hallway.JHS

Casa en Condominio con entrada al estacionamineto con portón eléctrico y vigilancia por las noches. Al entrar a la casa encuentras sala, comedor, cocina integral con barra de desayunador y un medio baño. Al subir las escaleras se encuentra un pasillo que distribuye hacia las 3 recámaras, dos de ellas con closet y un baño completo al final del pasillo. En el tercer nivel hay un área más por la que se llega a la terraza donde hay una bodega techada y calentador solar. La casa cuenta con cisterna.

No cuenta con estacionamiento, pero si con un lugar en pensión que se paga de forma mensual y con el paso del tiempo aproximadamente 8 meses de cumplir con faenas y juntas mensuales se asigna un cajón de estacionamiento fijo, el primer sábado de cada mes se realizan faenas y junta después de la limpieza del pasillo.
