Property Acquisition Conditions
To formalize the purchase of this property, the following conditions and payment terms are established:

Reservation $50,000.00 MXN This amount is required for the reservation of the unit and is refundable or applicable to the down payment, according to the terms of the agreement.
Down Payment 10% to 20% The percentage will be calculated on the total sale price and must be covered after signing the purchase agreement.

Para formalizar la compraventa de esta propiedad, se establecen las siguientes condiciones y términos de pago:
