Rent House Two levels with Sea View and Pool in the Las Playas subdivision.

Room Distribution:
-The Master is like a small apartment with 2 rooms with two double beds and an independent bathroom each, a living room with a sofa and a table with chairs, it has air conditioning that runs from 8 pm to 8 am, during the day only fans are used, it is located up the stairs to the right below the pool.

-First Level: Room No. 2 with two double beds and Room No. 3 with 3 double beds, next to it is the communal kitchen.

-Second floor rooms 4, 5, and 6 each with 3 double beds.

-Minimum stay 2 nights

-Capacity for groups up to 36 people, 2 extra mattresses would be placed, one in the double room and another in the triple room to accommodate 40 people, each bedroom has 1 bathroom, 1 ceiling fan, and 1 pedestal fan, no television and no air conditioning.

-1 Pool with no schedule, after 12 at night the lights are turned off and the spotlight is turned on.

-1 Community kitchen and dining room: Use of the kitchen to heat water or cook food has an extra cost of $300.00 for gas expenses, payment is weekly.

-2 Private parking spaces

-Availability to park on the street
-WIFI Internet
-Pool dimensions 10 m long, 4 m wide, 1.20 m deep.

-Note: 2 towels are provided per room, if extra towels are required, there is an additional charge and they cannot be taken out of the house. If the towels or sheets are stained with a substance that does not come out, such as hair dye or blood, the user will be charged.
- Cleaning is included in the rental cost.
-No pets of any kind are allowed.

-Low season rental $8,800.00 per night
High season rental $15,000.00 per night

Distribución de Las Habitaciones:
-La Master es como un departamento pequeño tiene 2 habitaciones con dos camas matrimoniales y baño independiente cada una estancia con sillón y mesa con sillas, cuenta con aire acondicionado y se prende de 8 pm a 8am, en el dia solo ventiladores, se encuentra subiendo las escaleras a la derecha a bajo de la alberca.

-Primer Nivel: Habitación No. 2 con dos 2 camas matrimoniales y la Habitación No. 3 con 3 camas matrimoniales, aun costado esta la cocina comunitaria.

-Segundo piso habitación 4,5 y 6 cada una con 3 camas matrimoniales.

-Estancia mínima 2 noches

-Capacidad Grupos hasta 36 personas, se pondrian 2 colchones extras unao en la habitacion doble y otro en la triple para que entren las 40 personas, cada recamara tiene 1 Baño, 1 Ventilador techo y 1 Pedestal, sin Televisión y sin Aire acondicionado.

-1 Alberca sin horario, después de las 12 de la noches se a pagan la luces y pone el reflector.

-1 Cocina y comedor comunitario: Uso de la cocina para calentar agua o cocinar alimentos tiene un costo extra de $ 300.00 por el gasto del gas el pago es por semana.

-Alberca medidas 10 m largo, ancho 4m, profundidad 1.20m.

-Nota: Se ponen 2 toallas por habitación, si requieren extras se cobra a parte y no se pueden sacar de la Casa. Si se llegan a manchar las Toallas o sabanas con una sustancia que no se quite la mancha como tinte de cabello o sangre se le cobrara al usuario.
- La limpieza esta incluida en costo de la renta.
-No se aceptan Mascotas de ningún tipo.
