The El Tigre Casa Club membership provides access to the gym, tennis courts, Beach Club in Nuevo Vallarta, golf course, and other included activities.

Rent includes the condominium maintenance fee; however, maintenance of the plunge pool and garden must be paid separately and is mandatory through the condominium. Other utilities to be paid separately: water, electricity, gas, internet, telephone, and others.
