IN PRIVATE XAMANKAB BEAUTIFUL HOUSEEN PRIVADA XAMANKAB PRECIOSA CASA

I love this house in Privada Xamankab, located half a block from City Center, on Garcia Lavin Avenue in Merida. Great location! Close to everything!!!! And on top of that, in this lovely, peaceful gated community with such a nice, family-friendly neighborhood. Famous for its Halloweens, so much fun for the kids in the community, who invite their little friends to join in the fun too.

The house is very nice and spacious, located on a corner and across from the children's playground,

On the ground floor:
- foyer,
- living room,
- dining room,
- enclosed terrace (could be used as a breakfast nook),
- large, remodeled kitchen with an island,
- lovely garden area with a large pool, beautiful ornamental plants, and a covered grill area that could also be a terrace to enjoy;
- it has a separate, fairly large and lovely patio with a lemon tree,
- it has a service room with a bathroom.

Upstairs:
- large family room,
- three bedrooms, each with a closet and bathroom. The primary bedroom is very large, with a walk-in closet.

This house is for rent and is super lovely!
