Our house is number 4 and is one of those with an exterior view:

Level 3:
2 bedrooms. One spacious bedroom with a full bathroom inside, A/C, curtains, and view to the interior of the gated community (without closet). Second spacious bedroom (no private bathroom) with A/C, curtains, and view to the exterior (without closet).

Garage for 2 cars parked in line (one behind the other), with electric gate.
Space in the house (elevated interior terrace with street view) and they can use the small common area with certain rules of the condominium.
Its condition is good and it is available immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a guarantor with a property in Guadalajara free of liens.
- Pass investigation directly with the landlord (Cost: $500).
- It is requested, as part of your personal documents, to present your updated Credit Bureau.
- Pass interview with the landlord.
- Signing of a contract for a MINIMUM of 1 year for both parties registered with Alternative Justice, with a cost for the tenant (approx. $3,500 plus VAT).

Las entradas principales de las 4 casas están en ese pasillo que cierra con un pequeño árbol al final.

Nuestra casa es la 4 y es una de las que tiene vista al exterior:

2 recámaras amplias cada una con A/A, cortinas y closet cada una+1 baño completo en el pasillo para compartir
Nivel 3:
2 recámaras. Una recámara amplia con baño completo dentro, A/A, cortinas y vista al interior del coto (sin closet). Segunda recámara amplia (no baño propio) con A/A, cortinas y vista al exterior (sin closet).

Cochera para 2 autos estacionados en línea (uno atrás de otro), con portón eléctrico
Espacio en la casa (terraza interior elevada con vista a la calle) y pueden usar la pequeña área común con ciertas reglas del condominio.
Su estado de conservación es bueno y tiene disponibilidad inmediata.

REQUISITOS:
- Forzoso contar con Fiador con bien inmueble en Gdl libre de gravamen
- Aprobar investigación directamente con el arrendador (Costo: $500).
- Se solicita, como parte de sus documentos personales, presentar su Buró de Crédito actualizado
- Aprobar entrevista con arrendador.
- Firma de contrato 1 año MÍNIMO para ambas partes registrado con Justicia Alternativa, con costo para el arrendatario (aprox. $3,500 más IVA).
- 1er mes de renta y 1 mes en depósito a la firma del contrato
