Jade 6

The terrace of this apartment in Jade offers unobstructed views of the vegetation of La Veleta, the kind of light that only exists in certain corners of Tulum. It is 75 well-utilized meters: a bright bedroom, a bathroom with a rain shower where the water falls as if you were under the canopy of the jungle, and an open living-kitchen area that flows naturally. It is fully furnished and equipped, so you literally just bring a suitcase and settle in.

The kitchen has everything: stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and complete dishware. There’s no need to wait or invest in appliances. The space breathes, has a temperature that feels just right, and that balance between privacy and brightness that not all properties achieve. The Smart TV and the connection with the rest of Jade—a well-thought-out condominium—make living here more comfortable than it seems from the outside.
