Rent and terms
Monthly rent: $29,000, including the maintenance fee.
The lease is for a full year. If it is terminated early, a penalty equivalent to two months’ rent applies.
Water, electricity, internet, and cable TV services are not included. For safety reasons, the building does not use gas; all equipment runs on electricity.
The apartment is rented furnished only and, due to the property’s conditions, pets cannot be accepted.

Requirements
• Guarantor with an unencumbered property in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area.
• Two months’ security deposit.
• One month’s rent in advance.
• Background check costing $700, payable once.

Reservation process
The screening process takes approximately four business days, starting once all documentation has been submitted, the application has been properly completed, and the apartment has been reserved.
The reservation deposit is $5,000.
If the screening is approved, the $5,000 is applied toward the first month’s rent. If the result is unfavorable for this property, 100% of the reservation deposit is refunded, without interest, within the following 24 hours.
