The house and its land:

A cozy place to live is this house with an author's design surrounded by abundant vegetation that allows all the senses to perceive a sense of peace and tranquility. It comprises a large plot of more than 4000 meters that surrounds a large and well-designed house of almost 800 meters, built on one level above the gardens and all the fruit trees that give shade and freshness to this beautiful Quinta. A perimeter fence of more than 4 meters high surrounds this large property that is located in an area north of the streets of the quiet and prosperous City of Umán in the state of Yucatán. The access road to the Quinta is paved so its access is easy and passable.

The house is joined to the garden by means of stone stairs that go up to a wonderful pool on one side of an outdoor space, in hot weather the entire area can be covered by a large awning that works manually. All the rooms in the house are spacious and allow a view of the garden as well as the pool area. It consists of a comfortable living room next to a dining room joined to a functional kitchen with a central bar, a bar that can function as a TV room, an account, as well as a cupboard. The population:

Umán is a city in the northwest of the state of Yucatán, in Mexico, and the head of the homonymous municipality. Together with Kanasín, it forms part of the metropolitan area of Mérida, the state capital.

The municipality of Uman is 234.3 km long, representing 0.54% of the state territory and 3.14% of the Henequenera area. It borders the following municipalities: to the north with Ucu-Mérida, to the east with Mérida-Abalá, to the south with Abalá-Kopomá and to the west with Kopomá-Chocholá Samahil-Hunucmán.

Clima

The climate in the municipality is warm and sub-humid with rain in summer. The average annual temperature is 26.7 C and its rainfall is 65.7 mm, with winds from the northeast predominating.

Flora

As for the flora, most of the terrain is dominated by scrubland with secondary vegetation, whose best-known species are: Ramón, Chaya, Tamarindo and Flamboyán.

Fauna

La casa y su terreno:

Un acogedor lugar en donde vivir es esta casa con diseño de autor rodeado con una abundante vegetación que hace que todos los sentidos perciban una sensación de paz y tranquilidad. Comprende un gran terreno de más de 4000 metros que rodea a una amplia y bien diseñada casa de casí 800 mts, construida en un nivel por arriba del de los jardines y todos los árboles frutales que dan sombra y frescura a esta hermosa Quinta. Una barda perimetral de mas de 4 mts de altura circunda esta gran propiedad que se ubica en un área norte de entro de las calles de la tranquila y prospera Ciudad de Umán en el estado de Yucatán. La calle de acceso a la Quinta está pavimentada por lo que su acceso fácil y transitable.

La casa se une al jardín por medio de unas escaleras de piedra que suben hacía una estupenda alberca a un costado una estancia al aire libre, en tiempos de calor toda el área puede ser cubierta por un gran toldo que funciona de forma manual. Todas las estancias de la casa son amplias y permiten una vista al jardín así como al área de la alberca. Consta de una cómoda sala junto a un comedor unida a una funcional cocina con barra central, un bar que puede funcionar como sala de TV, cuenta , así como una alacena. Las 3 recámaras 2 en la planta alta y una en la planta baja rodeada de amplia vegetación, cuentan con su propio baño, cuarto vestidores, la principal con Jacuzzi, 2 de ellas con doble lavabo, otra de las recámaras funciona como gimnasio privado, todas con aires acondicionados y ventiladores. .
El estacionamiento de la casa se encuentra por debajo de la construcción de tal forma que 4 autos pueden ser estacionados, en esta misma área se encuentra un cuarto de usos múltiples y de herramientas, que puede ser utilizado para cualquier otro fin, así como los sistemas de hidroneumático para la presión de agua y el cuarto de maquinas con su filtro.

La población:

Umán es una Ciudad del noroeste del estado de Yucatán, en México, y cabecera del municipio homónimo. Junto con Kanasín forma parte de la zona metropolitana de Mérida, la capital del estado.

En cuanto a la flora, en la mayor parte del terreno predomina el monte bajo con vegetación secundaria, cuyas especies más conocidas son: ramón, chaya, tamarindo y flamboyán.

Fauna

En la fauna, las especies más abundantes que habitan en el municipio son: mamíferos (conejos, venados, armadillos, mapaches, jabalíes) y aves (tzutzuy, chel y chachalaca).
