La casa viene amueblada y decorada. Incluye el sueldo de un mozo que vive en una casita anexa a la propiedad y que se encarga del mantenimiento de la propiedad, ya sea jardín y demás cosas puntuales. Incluye también la limpieza fina de la casa un día de la semana.
