This rent applies only to annual contracts. In case of contracts with terms shorter than a year, the rent will increase as follows:

When issuing an invoice for the rent payment, the maintenance and services payment must be made in cash monthly. Esta renta aplica solo para contratos anuales. En caso de contratos con plazos menores al anual, la renta aumentará de
la siguiente manera:
1 a 11 meses de renta: aumenta 15% tomando como referencia la renta anual, serian $41,400.00
Se renta por mes completo NO POR DIAS.
Al dar factura por el pago de la renta, el pago de mantenimiento y de servicios se tendrá que realizar en efectivo
mensualmente La comisión a pagar es en función únicamente del monto de la renta (sin incluir la cuota de
mantenimiento). Se pagará un mes de comisión cuando el contrato sea anual. En caso de que el contrato sea por un
plazo menor, se pagará la parte proporcional a la misma. Por ejemplo, si se firma un contrato por seis meses se pagará
una comisión equivalente a medio mes de renta.
El contrato que se usara será el nuestro a menos que sea para una embajada o una empresa transnacional. El
departamento se entrega como esta, cualquier cosa adicional no está incluida.
